In the story, Dorothy is on a journey to Oz in search of a way back to Kansas. The hand-painted Steinbach Wizard of Oz Dorothy Nutcracker is beautifully crafted and featured wearing a gingham dress and the ruby slippers. She carries a bunch of flowers for the Wizard of Oz, and Toto travels with her in his hand basket.
