The arm that was holding the RX bottle was broken. No big deal, glued it back on. I believe there was supposed to be a card with it as well. Didn't see it in the box, again no big deal.

On a positive note, the item was exactly what I was looking for and very cute. However, it is a Christmas give I was sad to see that a piece had broken off. I will need to return or exchange it.
